Overview:

1) Distributors & Wholesalers:
To Manage deliveries to their customers (retail locations)
To collect future orders
To collect returns/damaged goods
To collect payments
2) For restaurants
To manage the delivery of their orders
To collect payments
3) For any business that needs to manage the delivery process of sending their products from a warehouse/store to the end user or customer.
Partner Program Description:
What we're looking for is someone who can arrange demonstrations with businesses looking to purchase a solution like RouteMagic.
In general the way this would work would be:
1) You would contact businesses in our target segments. We could work together to create a list of potentials
2) Introduce RouteMagic and attempt to understand their problem (if any) and see if we could solve it.
3) Convince the business to attend an online demo of our product.
We would then take the process forward from 3 onwards.
Compensation
1. For each prospective customer that attends the demo we would pay you $100
2. On successful closure of the same you would get 10% of the monthly subscription that the customer pays for 3 years. For eg. if the customer's monthly subscription is $500 per month - your commission rate on that would be $50 per month for 3 years.
3. Once 5+ customers are closed and you believe you can take the process forward including closure - we would increase the commission rate to 25%. At that stage a monthly retainer for expenses and targets can be discussed as well.
